Professional development for Catholic school teachers and leaders

The Program Development Committee sets direction for the work of the GMCEC in its work of marshaling the academic resources and professional expertise of the region's Catholic higher education institutions to support the Archdiocese’s Catholic schools, especially with regard to professional development, mission and identity, and organizational effectiveness. Attending to needs and trends, this committee works to interpret, analyze, and evaluate relevant information so that it can work with the institutional coordinator to prioritize the consortium’s efforts and determine tangible methods of program delivery and appropriate approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. In addition, the committee takes responsibility to clarify polices and protocols to guide the institutional coordinator in carrying out the GMCEC's work with schools.'
